Shreya Banik

I am an M.Tech (Research) student in VLSI at IIT Mandi, which I joined in 2026 after qualifying GATE in Electronics and Communication. I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation from Future Institute of Engineering and Management (MAKAUT, 2023) with a CGPA of 9.15. My coursework covers transistor-level circuit design in Cadence Virtuoso, from MOSFET characterization and CMOS logic gates to amplifiers and current mirrors. Before this, I built a patient health monitoring system as my final-year project, was a finalist at Smart India Hackathon, and was selected as an Engineer Trainee at Soctronics through campus recruitment. Outside the lab, I enjoy photography, travelling, drawing and sculpting.
